Solutions4CO2 Inc. Announces a Realignment of Its Advisory Board and a Change to Its Board of Directors

("S4CO2") (TSX VENTURE: SFC), a Canadian waste gas/water to co-products company, is pleased to announce it has made changes to its advisory board to more closely align its members with the Company's current strategic direction.
S4CO2 has accepted the resignations of Mr. David Johnston and Mr. Blaine Kennedy from its advisory board. Mr. JD McGraw will move to its advisory board and has tendered his resignation from the Company's Board of Directors.

Solutions4CO2 Inc. has a patented system to capture Greenhouse Gases (GHGs) from waste gas streams. The system utilizes these gases in the production of high-value co-products derived from microalgae.
