The conference call will consist of comments from ALC's interim President and CEO, Charles H. "Chip" Roadman II, M.D., and provide a forum for questions. ALC previously announced that it would reconvene its Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 5:00 p.m. (ET) on Monday, July 2, 2012, and that interested parties would be able to listen to the meeting and comments from Dr. Roadman.
