New number of shares in Handelsbanken
(Thomson Reuters ONE) -
Due to an exchange of convertible notes in Svenska Handelsbanken AB, the number
of Class A shares has increased by 36 859 shares and the number of votes has
increased by 36 859. Following the increase, the total number of shares in
Handelsbanken is 628 893 758 of which 617 143 315 are Class A shares and
11 750 443 are Class B shares. The total number of votes in Handelsbanken is
618 318 359. The share capital amounts to SEK 2 924 355 974.70 after the
increase.
The information is that which must be made public according to the Swedish
Financial Instruments Trading Act. The information has been provided for
publication at 8 a.m. on 29 June 2012.
