due to a directed share issue. The total number of shares and votes as of June
29, 2012 amounts to 39,315,647.
As of June 1, 2012, the total number of shares and votes in Nordic Mines AB
(publ) amounted to 36,815,647. This means that the total number of shares and
votes has increased with 2,500,000 shares and votes during June 2012.
