Mr. McCall to act as legal council on a ongoing basis
CALGARY, Alberta Canada/June 29, 2012 -- Canadian energy producer Prairie West Oil & Gas is today announcing that it has appointed Mr. Victor McCall Esq. to its advisory board. Mr. McCall is a well seasoned, experienced attorney of law with extensive knowledge in both public companies and energy production. Mr. McCall will advise Prairie West on all legal questions, contracts and other regulatory issues as they pertain to the company's day to day business. Mr. McCall will be instrumental in upcoming drilling contracts, land negotiations, and a benefit to the company's upcoming anticipated prospectus filling.

About Victor McCall:
Victor L. McCall has more than 20 years experience practicing law with a concentration in mergers, acquisitions, corporate law and litigation. In 1987 Mr. McCall attended Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas and graduated in 1991. He was granted his Texas law license that same year and went to work for a Dallas based litigation firm specializing in business and tort litigation. In 1994 he formed his first law firm where he handled large tort and class action litigation. From 1998 to the present Mr. McCall has worked for his wholly owned law firm, The McCall Law Firm, PC, concentrating in mergers, acquisitions, corporate law and litigation.
