O-I ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER 2012 EARNINGS CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST
PERRYSBURG, Ohio (June 28, 2012) - Owens-Illinois, Inc. (NYSE: OI) has scheduled
its second quarter 2012 conference call and webcast for Thurs., July 26, 2012,
at 8:30 a.m. Eastern. The company's news release for the second quarter 2012
earnings will be issued after the market closes on Wed., July 25.

The earnings release, reconciliation of second quarter sales, segment operating
