Thomas Malloy to Lead Swinerton Builders Silicon Valley's Interiors Team
(firmenpresse) - SANTA CLARA, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/27/12 -- Continuing their growth in the region, has enhanced their leadership with the addition of Thomas Malloy as Operations Manager for their expanding Interiors Team. In his new role, Malloy will manage and deliver top-class construction projects with a focus on Interiors, Special Projects, and Corporate Clients. Working closely with Division Manager John Elwood, Malloy will strengthen Swinerton's position within the construction and real estate community, building upon existing client relationships and fostering new connections within the local and surrounding building community.
Before joining Swinerton, Malloy served as Project Executive for GCI General Contractors, supporting business development and project management efforts throughout Silicon Valley, with a total of $47 million in construction projects bid in 2011. With more than 24 years of building experience in a range of positions including engineer, project manager, general superintendent, project executive, and business development, Malloy brings Swinerton a diverse depth of knowledge and proven leadership.
With a deep belief in sustainable construction initiatives and passion for involvement in his local business community, Malloy is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of , , , and , and serves as a Steering Committee Member of the . He holds a Master's of Science in Finance from Golden Gate University and is based out of the Silicon Valley office.
