TCGRx Launches InspectRxPro(TM) Collation Unit for Hospital and Long-Term Care Pharmacies

InspectRxPro is the final piece in TCGRx's medication pouch dispensing system and supports TCGRx's mission to provide customers with a comprehensive quality control process. TCGRx is the only company able to offer a fully integrated system from start to finish for the production, verification, and delivery preparation of medication pouches.
InspectRxPro works in conjunction with the InspectRx, as an imaging system to offer a faster, less expensive, and more accurate verification and collation process. InspectRxPro separates pouches by patient, drug, or med cabinet. It then rolls and tapes 60 patient pouches per minute and drops the pouches into a tote for delivery. InspectRxPro significantly reduces labor costs, allowing personnel to be utilized in other locations.

InspectRx provides visual inspection of 60 pouches per minute, correctly identifies medications and flags exceptions for pharmacist review. The InspectRxPro is being released in the hospital market to facilitate cart fill and medication cabinet replenishment, and in the market to assist in the pouch delivery process.
