(firmenpresse) - RAPID CITY, SD -- (Marketwire) -- 06/27/12 -- KL Energy Corporation (OTCQX: KLEG) (PINKSHEETS: KLEG) today announced that in order to reflect all the significant changes the company has undergone in the past two years and its business focus on the sustainable production of cellulosic sugars and ethanol, the company will change its name to Blue Sugars Corporation effective June 27, 2012.

Blue Sugars Corporation develops and commercializes technology to convert biomass into ethanol, fermentable sugars and lignin. Blue Sugars operates a demonstration plant with a production capacity of up to 10,000 liters of fuel spec anhydrous ethanol per day.
