Hamburg / Königstein (Taunus), June 27, 2012. A short while ago, Asklepios
Kliniken announced to the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht
(Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) and Rhön-Klinikum AG that it
surpassed the three- as well as the five percent voting right threshold in
Rhön-Klinikum AG today .
Its voting power now amounts to 5.01 percent. This corresponds to more than
6.9 million votes. Asklepios is a family business with a long-term
orientation that wants to keep all options open in respect of Rhön
Kliniken.
