changes in senior managements

tmc's reputation for technical excellence and regulatory compliance

tmc Content Group AG (ISIN CH0016458363) today announced a new strategic
agreement has been reached with Private Media Group, Inc.
The core part of this agreement will see the return of Private's titles to
tmc's services in Germany including the Blue Movie channels and the
availability of Private's world class content exclusively through tmc to
VOD and broadcast partners across German Speaking Europe.
According to Sören Müller, Delegate of the Board of Directors of tmc, 'We
are delighted to have Private back on board after a long and unnecessary
