Located on the third floor of the Kealohilani Tower at this , poolside dining at Moana Terrace reflects a new menu by Executive Chef Miles Togikawa with local favorites including the Diamond Head Salad with Seared Ahi, Prime Rib French Dip with Grilled Maui Onions and Swiss Cheese, and Hawaiian BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders with Kalua Pork and Mango BBQ Sauce.
The also makes it easier for guests to be healthy with "Fit for You" dishes such as Baja Fish Tacos (low fat) or a Fruit Salad in a Pineapple Boat (low fat/low carb). It's the perfect option after a good workout in the resort's new Fitness Center.
Fresh fruits and juices add a twist to the new specialty drinks offered at Moana Terrace. In addition to the full bar, cocktails include the Skinni Passion Pina, Lychee Acai Sangria, Skinni Collins, Strawberry Guava Lemonade with Citron Vodka, Agave Blue and Spiked Plantation with fresh brewed Iced Tea.
