NEW YORK - June 25, 2012- INNODATA INC. (NASDAQ: INOD) announced today that it
is has been added to the broad-market Russell 3000®( )Index when Russell
Investments reconstituted its comprehensive set of U.S. and global equity
indexes on June 25, 2012.
"We are pleased to have been added to the Russell 3000® Index," said O'Neil
Nalavadi, the Company's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. "We
expect our inclusion will expose us to a wider range of institutional investors
and could broaden our shareholder base."
