Winners were acknowledged at a luncheon last Thursday, which included an expo where presenters showcased ways to improve office health. Winners were based on scores determined by a survey of the company's wellness programs. Participants were asked about the scope, staff involvement, results and upper-level management support for their health and wellness efforts at their company. The survey was conducted by Indianapolis-based Healthiest Employer, LLC.
From their offices in western PA, Seubert & Associates is a full service independent insurance agency serving clients across the nation for close to 40 years. Seubert was one of three winners in the 2-99 employee category. Their wellness program, Seubert Health and Performance Enterprise (SHAPE), holds employees accountable for their own health. They're experiencing 96% participation, a more productive workforce, and a decrease in healthcare costs.
Clark Metal Products assists companies in successfully designing and manufacturing products in metal fabrication.
