Postponement of the Annual General Assembly of Shareholders
On June 18th 2012, NYSE Euronext informed the market of the success of the
improved unsolicited contractual offer of Lagardère for the company.
The board of directors of the company, held on June 20th 2012, acknowledged the
results of the offer and decided, in accordance with Lagardère Group, to
postpone the annual general assembly of shareholders initially convened on June
22nd 2012. Another date will be scheduled within the first two weeks of July
2012. This decision will allow the shareholders of the company to decide the
appointment of new directors in order to reflect the shareholding of the company
further to the offer.
The shareholders will be notified of the new date of the general meeting within
the delays provided by the regulations.
