(firmenpresse) - SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/20/12 -- Craig Pittman, Manager for CitiScape Property Management Group in San Francisco, was recently awarded the designation of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) by the , Inc. (CACM).
In order to be certified, Mr. Pittman successfully completed an intensive CACM curriculum, which included instruction and testing in community association law, financial management, association operations, communications, and ethics. In addition, a standard of practical experience in the common interest development industry had to be achieved prior to certification. Founded in 1991, CACM was the first statewide professional organization in the nation, developed by community association managers for community association managers.
