(firmenpresse) - DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 06/20/12 -- On June 19, 2012 the North Dallas Bank & Trust Co. (OTCBB: NODB) Board of Directors declared a $0.17 per share dividend. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of July 6, 2012 and will be paid on July 11, 2012.
