QUMAS Announces Appointment of Margaret Rice-Jones as Chairman

Margaret Rice-Jones brings over 25 years' experience in delivering growth and innovation in all areas of the technology business. She has operated at Board level in various executive and non-executive roles for the last ten years. Previously Margaret was Chairman of the Board at NewBay, a leading digital content services company recently acquired by RIM; CEO of Aircom International, a global software and services company; and Corporate Vice President of Motorola, Inc., where she ran both the IP and Switching Products Division and the EMEA region for the Networks business. Margaret has had P&L responsibility for over $1 billion in revenue and has driven a number of business turnaround situations. She also has extensive consumer marketing experience from her time as Managing Director of Psion Computers and various roles with Motorola's mobile phone business.
