Willbros Announces Retirement of Arlo B. DeKraai From Its Board of Directors
(firmenpresse) - HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 06/13/12 -- Willbros Group, Inc. (NYSE: WG) today announced that Arlo B. DeKraai, 64, is retiring from its Board of Directors effective June 20, 2012 to pursue other personal and professional interests. Mr. Dekraai joined the Board in 2007 with Willbros' acquisition of InServ, where he was President and CEO.
John T. McNabb II, Chairman, congratulated Mr. DeKraai upon his retirement, "Arlo has achieved great respect and success in our industry and Willbros has benefitted from his 40 years of experience in the downstream oil and gas construction, turnaround and maintenance industries since he joined the Company and the Board in November 2007. Although he retired from his position as Executive Vice President of the Company and President of Willbros Downstream in February 2010, we have been pleased that he continued to serve on the Willbros Board.
