Hazard: An electrical component in the product can overheat, posing a fire hazard to consumers.
Incidents/Injuries: ESA has received one report of this heater where overheating resulted in a fire. No injuries have been reported.
Description/Models: Fusion Canada Item No. 10111, Factory Model No. HF-11, Date Code 06-10. Black and silver with "FC" logo on the front.
Sold / distributed: September 7, 2010 to March 15, 2011.
Remedy: Consumers are advised to immediately discontinue use of the recalled product. Contact Fusion Canada Inc. for item return instructions.
