Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop Opens in Costa Mesa, California

"Costa Mesa is the largest of our three locations," says Jonathan Rollo, Chef and Owner of Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop. Greenleaf serves made-to-order salads, wraps and sandwiches all while using flame-grilled proteins and organic, locally-grown produce within a sleek, open-display kitchen.
Greenleaf's newest outpost offers Orange County residents a distinctive dining experience. The location has an abundance of seating in a warm and inviting space, including both indoor and outdoor dining as well as a private outdoor dining space. The location also houses a Marketplace that serves signature Greenleaf Grab 'N Go food items, bottled dressings, fresh baked goods, squeezed juices and more -- ideal for on-the-go guests.
The is located on 17th Street's busy shopping attraction, swarming with crowds and full of retail centers. The restaurant's interiors are inspired by a very rustic and artisan aesthetic. The high ceilings provide an open and vivacious composition to the space.
"We searched for a great Orange County location for a long time and I couldn't be more excited about how the restaurant turned out," added Rollo. "We assembled a talented team to create this beautiful place and now we have the opportunity to introduce our healthy options to Orange County locals for breakfast, lunch and dinner."
Rollo's interest and passion for healthy foods were initially inspired by his family members and their health issues. Rollo has a desire to not only better his community but to create a healthier one at that. Rollo and Executive Chef Kristi Ritchey's commitment to wellness is replicated in their use of organic and local ingredients in Greenleaf's gourmet ingredients.
