Six DevConnect Technology Partners recognized for innovation and excellence in business communications and collaboration solutions
Awards highlight commitment to bringing The Power of Weâ„¢ to customers to help drive faster collaboration, smarter decisions and better business results
Avaya, a global provider of business collaboration systems, software and services, recently announced the 2012 recipients of its DevConnect Partner Excellence Awards Program.
The awards were presented to six technology partners who were considered for specific solution capabilities and characteristics of excellence, including innovation and creativity in addressing business challenges; services to build strong customer relationships; leadership excellence; integrity in partnering with Avaya, channels and customers; and commitment to the promotion and growth of Avaya.
The following Avaya DevConnect Technology Partners were recognized for their significant achievements in 2012:
DevConnect Technology Partner of the Year -- for the CRI Application Center, a "private cloud" computing environment for the Avaya UC Application Suite and related third party applications.
DevConnect New Partner of the Year -- for their Enterprise Streaming Video Platform, supporting the capture, management distribution and display of rich media content.
DevConnect Innovation Award -- for Office-Linx™, a UC platform providing a web-based framework enabling the integration of Avaya voice and mobile solutions to cloud-based business solutions such as Google Apps, Salesforce.com, VMware Zimbra®, and Microsoft® Office 365.
DevConnect Innovation Award -- for their SMSConnect solution, which enables customer experience measurements through immediate post-call text message interactions and callback escalations.
DevConnect Innovation Award -- for their CallMizz solution, which assists companies in capturing abandoned call information and converting those to leads and opportunities for both call center and mobile sales teams.
DevConnect Innovation Award -- for their UniPhyer solution, which enables customers to leverage existing voice infrastructure for a low-cost, disruption-free migration to IP telephony.
