CaroTrans Announces Two Direct LCL Export Services to Cartagena, Colombia as Free Trade Agreement Goes Into Effect

With the addition of New York and Houston to their established Miami service, CaroTrans effectively addresses the expanding bilateral trade demand from the U.S. -- Colombia Free Trade Agreement signed mid-May.
Freight from the Northeast, Middle Atlantic and Ohio is consolidated in New York and shipped direct to Cartagena in 8 days. Houston features an industry best 5 day transit for cargo from the Gulf and West Coasts. These new CaroTrans direct services to Cartagena provide global freight forwarders (FF) with greater service flexibility, secure transits, and efficient consolidations.
In addition to LCL services, CaroTrans also provides comprehensive FCL (full container load) export services from U.S. East, West and Gulf coast ports to Colombia destination ports of Cartagena, Barranquilla and Buenaventura.
