Maxxam Analytics Acquires Becquerel Laboratories
(firmenpresse) - MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 06/07/12 -- Maxxam Analytics, Canada's leader in analytical services and solutions to the energy, environmental, food and DNA industries, announced today that is has acquired Becquerel Laboratories. Based in Mississauga, ON, Becquerel provides highly specialized Radiological Testing and Neutron Activation Testing services. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
