SMA Alliance Signs Letter of Intent With Large Automotive Manufacturer

(PINKSHEETS: SMAA) is excited to inform shareholders that it has signed a letter of intent with a large automotive manufacturer for nationwide Internet marketing placement services on USAutoplex. After eight months of negotiation, the contract agreement is being reviewed by the legal and public relation departments before more information is released. The organizations involved are working diligently to finalize agreements in a timely manner. Information will be released as soon as the legal departments grant consent.
