Over 50 free courses will be offered over the next 12 months to be the wounded, injured, sick and anyone who has been medically discharged from service. The full and comprehensive courses provided by the Training Room will enable these service men and women to become fully qualified Personal Trainers as well as helping them back into work with fitness instructor and .
Help for Heroes
Launched in 2007, Help for Heroes is in place with the aim of supporting men and women from the Armed Forces, who have been wounded in the service of their country.
Over GBP 100 million has been raised in four years enabling a real difference to be made in the lives of the wounded. Everything that is raised is allocated to the direct practical support of men and women in the Armed Forces whose lives have been affected in the line of duty.
The is delighted to be able to provide a platform to assist with those who have dedicated their lives to serving their country.
