The museum quality estate, built in 1928, is on the National Register of Historic Places and features a main home with 26 rooms, a carriage house, six-car garage and sits on 11+/- acres. Bidding will open at $100,000 and interested buyers can bid on-site or in real time remotely at .
Exquisitely designed and constructed, the Italian Renaissance mansion features European fountains, intricate tile and woodwork, original light fixtures and old world design throughout on ceilings, railings, balconies and moldings and doors. Each of the eight gas fireplaces is a true work of art. The home is situated about 65 miles southeast of Oklahoma City and rests on a gently rising hill overlooking the central Oklahoma prairie.
The Grisso Mansion's beautifully landscaped grounds include a 1+/- acre vineyard, two lighted tennis courts, one which also serves as a full-size basketball court, a large swimming pool with a cabana and barbeque area, original reflecting pool, gardens and open land areas. A remodeled tennis clubhouse has been used as a pool house and wine tasting room for entertaining.
