Deion Branch of the New England Patriots finds this out firsthand at the Jordan Dairy Farm in this hilarious behind-the-scenes video. As part of the 's partnership with the National Football League for the initiative, this video was shot to teach people that even if you suffer from lactose intolerances there are still ways to take in the valuable nutrition that dairy products have to offer. Deion spent a day on the farm, making some udder-ly cool new bovine friends and learning about how the dairy industry produces lactose free products, like , that are nutrient packed for a healthy, balanced diet.
Deion spends his life staying in shape for peak physical performance and knows what well-rounded nutrition and physical activity means for a healthy life. That's why he teamed up for the Program and headed down to the farm to spend the day learning about dairy nutrition and hanging out with some of the farm's larger inhabitants, the dairy cows!

However, most Americans are not taking in their recommended three servings of dairy daily.
