Baymount Announces Resumption of Trading
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 06/01/12 -- Baymount Incorporated ("Baymount" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: BYM) is pleased to announce that trading in its shares will recommence on the TSX Venture Exchange at the opening of markets on Monday, June 4, 2012. Trading had previously been halted pending completion of a "Change of Business" transaction, which has since been terminated. For details concerning the termination of that transaction, please refer to the Company's press release dated May 4, 2012.
