Prana to Present at the UBS Australian Healthcare Conference in Sydney and the Australian Life Science Investment Showcase in New York

Mr Kempler will give a presentation at the 14th Annual UBS Australian Healthcare Conference on June 8, 2012 at UBS's corporate offices in Sydney, Australia.
Mr. Kempler will also present at the Australian Life Science Investment Showcase on Friday, June 15th in New York. The event brings together leading Australian biotech companies and US healthcare investors.
Mr. Kempler will touch on topics including the ongoing 12 month Phase II "IMAGINE Trial" testing PBT2, the Company's drug in development for Alzheimer's Disease as well as the ongoing 6 month Phase IIa clinical trial named "Reach2HD Trial" testing PBT2 in development to treat Huntington disease.
