AGR Tools Inc. Retains Circadian Group for Investor Relations Services

(or "AGR" or the "Company") (OTCQB: AGRT)(OTCBB: AGRT) is pleased to announce they have retained Circadian Group (or "Circadian") of Windsor, Ontario, Canada for an Investor Relations and Marketing agreement for a term of 12 months.
Circadian will be responsible for handling: Investor phone calls and emails; email collection and e-newsletter distribution; Press Releases, Presentations, and IR website management; as well as social media and message board management.
