Zayo Recognized Among Fastest Growing Companies in Boulder Community
Named to Boulder County Business Reports' Mercury 100 List
(firmenpresse) - LOUISVILLE, CO -- (Marketwire) -- 05/31/12 -- Zayo Group announces its inclusion on the 2012 's (BCBR) Mercury 100 list. This list recognizes the fastest-growing companies in the Boulder and Broomfield, Colorado counties, and ranks them based on percent revenue growth from the previous two years, 2009 to 2011.
BCBR compiles two lists, one composed of the top 50 companies reporting annual revenue of less than $2 million and one of the top 50 companies reporting annual revenue more than $2 million. Zayo garnered the 6th spot on the list of companies reporting annual revenue of more than $2 million with 129% growth over the last two fiscal years -- from $125M in 2009 to $287M in 2011.
Members of these top 100 companies were honored at an annual awards event that took place on May 24. Zayo CEO was in attendance along with several other Zayo employees.
Zayo recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2012 which included annualized revenue of $420M following its recent acquisition of 360Networks. Zayo announced its on March 19th, 2012 who reported annualized revenue during the quarter ended March 31, 2012 of $511M. The acquisition is anticipated to close mid-2012 and will more than double Zayo's total revenue base.
