Mr. Ashutosh's key responsibilities at the Hotel will entail recruitment, training, performance development amongst other HR focus areas. Mr. Ashutosh's core expertise lies in devising policies and directives, managing projects and operations and conducting training programs with a focus on achieving the organisation's mission and strategic direction.
