Neopost Win Two South East and London Contact Centre Forum Awards

The awards ceremony was held on Friday 25th May, at the Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel in London.
New Contact Centre Employee of the Year
The was won by Aliscia Burrows. The winning candidate had to demonstrate their exceptional performance and its impact on the organization. The winning individual had to prove that they continually improve on their skills and are able to transfer these skills across a variety of job functions.
Best Use of Technology
To win this award had to demonstrate how technology helped its contact centre to improve:
Neopost had to show flexibility in meeting changing customer needs and demonstrate how technology became a business enabler whilst maintaining and improving employee engagement.
