("NAEP" or "the Company") (TSX: NOA) (NYSE: NOA) announced today that it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year-ended March 31, 2012 on the evening of June 6, 2012 after market close. Following the release of fourth quarter and full fiscal year-end results, NAEP will hold a conference call and webcast on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 7:00 a.m. Mountain Time (9:00 a.m. Eastern).
