The star chef, who also whisked up a fine waltz on Strictly Come Dancing, has created a unique range of tempting dishes exclusively for Thomas Cook Airlines' in-flight meals, which hit the runway on flights from 1 May 2012.
Now, ten lucky competition winners will receive a cooking masterclass from the BBC's Saturday Kitchen star, who says he is willing to share his with the select Facebook few.

Recipe Competition
Simply submit up to 4 recipes linked to Spain, Greece, Italy or the . James will then pick his favourite for each destination, and we'll also draw 1 lucky winner at random from all valid entries.
Food Blog Competition
Just tell us all about the food in , Greece, or the Caribbean in the form of a food blog. James will again select his favourite for each destination, along with one lucky random winner.
Closing Date

The new in-flight menu starts from just GBP 6 per meal, and features traditional dishes such as a hearty breakfast of bacon and eggs, and slow-braised British beef with baby onions and herb dumplings for dinner. Puddings have also seen a revamp, with a sumptuous bourbon vanilla and ginger cheesecake as just one of the choices. And vegetarian holidaymakers can rest assured that they will be taken care of, with a range of tasty options such as cheese gnocchi with butternut squash and rosemary. For those travelling with their families, there is also a special half-price kids menu, including favourites like meatballs with pasta.
