Interstate Custom Die Cut Foams exhibit excellent compression-set resistance and are highly resilient, providing a cushioned gasket seal that will not break down over extended use. Available in four grades of compressibility, determined by compression deflection, precision die cut parts can be supplied 0.030" to 1" thick, with ±0.005" tolerance, in various colors, with or without adhesive backings.
Ideally suited for orthopedic and prosthetic applications, Interstate Custom Die Cut PORON® Medical have an open-cell, micro-cellular construction that breathes, contains no plasticizers or residual chemicals to prevent contamination. Inherently flame retardant, they provide low-outgassing and non-fogging. Fungal resistant versions are offered.
