The South East and The London Contact Centre Forum provide a regional Operations user group for the South East and London which is home to over 1,000 Contact/Call & Customer Service Centres. It has been created in response to a growing demand allowing operational managers to meet formally with their peers, review and discuss key challenges and hear how other organisations are responding to business demands.
