(firmenpresse) - BURLINGTON, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 05/23/12 -- Green Swan Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE: GSW) reports that pursuant to the Annual and Special Shareholder Meeting, which was held in Ottawa, ON, on May 22, 2012, shareholders have unanimously voted in favour of all management resolutions proposed in the Management Information Circular including the approval of the Company's Stock Option Plan, the implementation of a shareholders' rights plan, the sale of certain of the corporation's mining claims, confirmation of amended By-law No. 3, the election of directors and the approval of MSCM LLP as the Company's auditors. The six members re-elected to the Board of Directors include: Peter M. Clausi, CEO, Brian Crawford, CFO, James Lavigne, VP Exploration, Dan Hilton, Edward Stringer and James Glass.
