(firmenpresse) - RGF, association of system houses, specialist dealers and consultants, is very pleased with the major attention gained for the drupa highlight of their industry partner OKI, the world-wide first A3+ printer for digital LED white print with the development description »OKI pro920WT«. Next to CMY toner, the »OKI pro920WT« also includes white toner, making it possible to print out white in excellent quality.
Market and Target Group Analysis
»OKI pro920WT« addresses three target markets and applications:
1. Dummy production, packaging design and packaging development
2. Textile transfer onto dark textiles
3. Print applications: White print onto colored paper, e.g. for POS information boards, price markings, greeting cards, condolence cards and more.
Technical Details: »OKI Pro920 White«
OKIs new white printer can print from the format SRA3 up to A3 Nobi (328 x 453 mm) and banner up to 328 x 1.200 mm.
The OKI-typical straight paper handling offers – also referring to their latest OKI development – the established high media flexibility. Therefore 330 g/qm are standard also with this machine.
Black is put together by using the three colors cyan, magenta and yellow, producing excellent results.
Special transfer media from leading suppliers enable top transfer results on dark textiles.
For the development of packages, special films and foils are used. The print products can be finished immediately and are mechanically robust.
White Print onto colored cardboard allows the production of information boards for the POS, price markings, greeting cards and condolence cards area.
Availability will be in the third quarter of the year. RGF specialist dealers will offer complete solutions with appropriate media and software, up to presses for textile transfer.
