On May 23, 2012 at 10:30 am PT, Raymond A. Low, chief financial officer, will present at the 13th Annual B. Riley & Co. Investor Conference in Santa Monica, CA. A webcast of the presentation will be available through the investor relations portion of the company's website at .
On Wednesday, May 30th, 2012, Low will participate in the 4th Annual D.A. Davidson & Co. Technology Forum in New York City, NY.
Also on Wednesday, May 30th, 2012, Morris S. Young, chief executive officer, will participate in the 9th Annual Craig-Hallum Institutional Investor Conference in Minneapolis, MN.
AXT designs, develops, manufactures and distributes high-performance compound and single element semiconductor substrates comprising gallium arsenide (GaAs), indium phosphide (InP) and germanium (Ge) through its manufacturing facilities in Beijing, China.
