Carl L. Chapman, Chairman, President and CEO will conduct the meeting and then provide a brief presentation.
A live audio-only webcast of the meeting and accompanying slide presentation will be available on Vectren's website, , by choosing the "2012 Annual Shareholders' Meeting Webcast" link located on the right-hand side of the page. A replay of the webcast will be made available at the same location approximately two hours following the conclusion of the webcast.
