The supplier will also be able to use data from the regular readings to quickly identify any faults with your system.
Easy to install and free of charge
British Gas is installing Smart Meters as part of a nationwide upgrade, so there won't be any cost to the customer. The installation will only take an hour and a half, and all technicians have been trained to work quickly, carefully and safely in your home.
