("Novadaq" or the "Company") (TSX: NDQ)(NASDAQ: NVDQ), a developer of clinically-relevant fluorescence imaging solutions for use in surgical procedures, announced today that it will be holding its Annual and Special Shareholder Meeting, hosted by Dr. Arun Menawat, President and Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Stephen Purcell, Chief Financial Officer.
Only shareholders at the close of business on the record date, April 18, 2012, will be entitled to vote at the meeting and any adjournments or postponements thereof.
