Prior to joining Roland Berger, was Senior Vice President and Head of the Global Energy Practice at a leading US consultancy. Downey has more than 30 years of experience in the chemicals industry and has become an expert in the lubricants, waxes and petroleum specialties value chains. He has gained deep industry knowledge in selected petroleum industry segments, including commercial fuel segments such as marine and aviation. His functional experience includes B2B industrial sales and distribution channels, M&A strategy and technology as well as pricing, pricing management and sales force development. Downey studied chemistry at Rutgers College in New Brunswick (USA) and holds an MBA from Rutgers Business School in Newark (USA).
is a graduate of King's College, University of London (United Kingdom) with an honors degree in engineering. For the last seven years, he was Senior Vice President at a leading US consultancy, where he worked primarily in the chemicals and energy industries. In this position, he was responsible for the company's global strategy and innovation practices. Goldhill has more than 20 years of experience in the consulting industry. He is an expert in the chemicals and energy industries with a functional focus on corporate and business strategy, M&A strategy and fostering innovation. He has also been the lead author for many position papers.
was Vice President of the Chemicals & Materials division of a leading US consultancy. She joined the company in 1993 and held various positions in the management consulting and market research businesses. She has in-depth industry knowledge in value chains for specialty chemicals and materials with particular expertise in personal care ingredients, food and beverage ingredients and pharmaceutical excipients. Her functional expertise includes due diligence and M&A, market and competitive analysis as well as product and market entry growth strategy. Morris obtained an honors degree in chemistry from the University of Durham, United Kingdom.
