TDZ Holdings Inc. Will Seek Shareholder Approval for its Voluntary Dissolution at an Annual and Special Meeting of its Shareholders
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 05/14/12 -- TDZ Holdings Inc. (the "Corporation") announced today that it will seek shareholder approval at an annual and special meeting of its shareholders for the voluntary dissolution of the Corporation.
Annual and General Meeting
The Corporation expects to hold the annual and special meeting at 10 o'clock a.m. (Toronto time) on June 26, 2012.
Voluntary Dissolution
At the annual and special meeting, the shareholders of the Corporation will be asked to approve a special resolution authorizing, in accordance with the terms of a plan of dissolution to be presented to the shareholders by management at the meeting, the voluntary dissolution of the Corporation and, after the payment of its liabilities, the distribution of the remaining property of the Corporation to its shareholders in accordance with their rights and interests in the Corporation.
