United Resource Holdings Group, Inc. Receives a Class II Air Quality Operating Permit

("URHG" or the "Company") (PINKSHEETS: URHG) announced today that the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection ("NDEP"), Bureau of Air Pollution Control, notified URHG that the permit for the Nevada Ambient Air Quality Standards ("AAQS") for URHG's Dun Glen Placer Project had no averse comments from the public notice period and issued a Class II Air Quality Operating Permit for the Dun Glen Placer Mine on May 8, 2012.
"The other permits are under review by other departments within NDEP, enabling URHG to meet our production goals for this year," stated Mark A. Kersey, the Company's Chief Executive Officer. "We look forward to completing the permitting process and commencing operations on URHG's Dun Glen Placer Project as soon as possible."
