Round LED Delivers Exceptional Beam Quality And Intensity
(firmenpresse) - LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 05/09/12 -- Luminus Devices, Inc., announced today that its newly developed Round Big Chip LED™ has been designed into a state-of-the-art tactical flashlight by Ruijia Portable Lighting Products Company of Dongguan City, China.
High performance tactical flashlights require exceptional center beam candle power combined with a narrow beam to project a long distance with high intensity. Faceted reflectors are typically used to homogenize the output and transform a square LED into a circular beam. However, faceted reflectors reduce the center beam intensity and diffuse the beam into a larger angle. Luminus' new round LED enables tactical flashlight manufacturers to optimize the aesthetic quality of the beam without compromising intensity.
"In 2012, Ruijia's new product, the RJ-T9C, uses Luminus' new SBT-70 round LED and makes the flashlight users' dream come true.
