Songa Offshore SE's First Quarter 2012 report will be released prior to market
opening on Monday 14 May 2012. A presentation will be held the same morning at
Shippingklubben, Oslo.
1. Q1 2012 RESULTS PRESENTATION
A presentation of the Company's first quarter report will be held at 8.30 AM CET
on 14 May 2012 at Shippingklubben, Haakon VIIs gate 1, 9(th) floor, Oslo. Please
submit your notice of participation to vikar(at)blystad.no .
2. WEBCAST & CONFERENCE CALL
A webcast/conference call will be held at 3.00 PM CET on 14 May 2012. The
presentation will be available for download on the Investor Relations section
(go to "Presentations") at www.songaoffshore.no.
