(firmenpresse) - TUCSON, AZ -- (Marketwire) -- 05/08/12 -- My Big Fat Greek Restaurant at 4177 E Highway 90 in Sierra Vista, AZ is making its Wednesday Wine and Beer Pairing Evenings a weekly event, and adding free music to boot. Each Wednesday a succulent dinner paired with wine or beer starts at 6:30 pm and then free live music begins at 8:00 pm.

"The offerings presented at The Greek on Wednesday night easily stood the ultimate taste bud test. 'It is always good wine and always good food,' said Dale Schmitzer, who with her husband Dennis Maruska was thrilled to be participating in her third pairing at the restaurant. 'It's really unique. They do a nice job of pairing the food with the different wines and with different vineyards coming in, you really get to learn a lot,' Schmitzer said. And the deal is almost too good to be true; a delicately handcrafted four-course meal complete with four different, expertly paired glasses of wine and a detailed explanation of all the items presented. 'It's such a good deal. It's incredible for what you get,' said Schmitzer."

May 9th - The Chateau St. Michelle Winery with musician Bob Einweck
May 16th - The Oak Creek Brewery with musician Bob Einweck
May 23rd - The Bodega Catena Winery with a live jazz duo
May 30th - The Four Peaks Brewery with musician Jeff Valdes
